1. Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access.

2. Collection and Use of Data for Contract Fulfillment

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of placing an order or contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email). Required fields are marked as such because in these cases we need the data to process the contract or your inquiry. Without providing this data, you will not be able to complete your order or submit your inquiry. The data collected is evident from the respective input forms. We process the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

3. Data Sharing

For the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we share your data with the shipping company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you choose during the ordering process, we will share the payment data collected for this purpose with the credit institution responsible for the payment and, if applicable, any payment service providers engaged by us.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device.

Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for Web Analytics:
Provided you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, this website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (www.google.com), for the purpose of website analysis.
